DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Submitting a takedown notice

Send a written notice to info@atomikdigital.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with a URL specific enough for us to locate it.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. Our response

We will review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to material where appropriate, and notify the affected user with a copy of the notice.

3. Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to info@atomikdigital.com including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the US, any district where we may be found). We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat infringers and misuse

We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Knowingly submitting a false notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

5. Trademarks

For trademark complaints, email us with the mark, registration details, and the URL at issue. Third-party AI platform names on this site are used nominatively and remain the property of their owners.
