Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited conduct

• Breaking any law or regulation, or infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Submitting websites or brands you do not own or are not authorized to represent.
• Uploading malware, attempting to gain unauthorized access, probing, scanning, or interfering with the Services or their infrastructure.
• Scraping, reselling, or reverse-engineering the platform, audits, prompts, or reports without written permission.
• Automated or excessive requests that degrade performance for other customers, or evading rate limits and plan quotas.
• Sharing account credentials, or reselling access to the dashboard.
• Using our outputs to build a competing AI visibility product or model training set.

2. Prohibited content

• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence.
• Sexually explicit material and content involving minors.
• Deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading claims, or content designed to manipulate consumers.
• Personal data about other people submitted without a lawful basis, and regulated data such as health, government identifier, or payment card data in free-text fields.
• Spam, cloaking, doorway pages, and other manipulative tactics we are asked to implement on your behalf.

3. Fair use of AI features

Free audits are rate limited and intended for evaluating your own brand. Paid plan quotas are stated on each plan page. We may throttle, queue, or suspend usage that is abusive or materially exceeds a plan's quota.

4. Reporting and enforcement

Report abuse to info@atomikdigital.com. We may investigate, remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations, and will report unlawful activity to authorities where required. Termination for a violation does not entitle you to a refund.
