AI Disclaimer

Parts of the Services — including the free AI visibility audit, prompt tracking, and portions of our reporting — use large language models and other AI systems. This page explains what that means for you.

1. AI-generated output

Audit scores, summaries, and recommendations are produced or assisted by AI models. Model output can be incomplete, outdated, or factually wrong (a “hallucination”), and the same prompt can return different answers at different times.

Treat output as a directional signal to be reviewed by a human, not as a verified statement of fact.

2. Non-deterministic measurement

AI assistants personalize and vary their answers. Visibility measurements are samples taken at a point in time and may differ from what you or your customers see.

3. What we send to AI providers

We send the brand, website, and category details you enter, plus publicly available information about them, to third-party model providers to generate results. Do not enter confidential, personal, or regulated information into AI fields.

4. Human oversight and your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted recommendations before publishing or acting on them, and for ensuring anything you publish is accurate and compliant in your industry. AI output is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

5. No training on your confidential data

We do not sell your data and we do not intentionally submit your confidential business information for third-party model training. Provider processing is governed by their own terms.

6. Reporting problems

If AI output about your brand appears inaccurate or harmful, email info@atomikdigital.com and we will investigate and, where possible, correct or re-run the analysis.
