# Accessibility Statement

Atomik Digital is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter any barrier while using it, please contact us and we will work with you to provide the information or service through an alternate channel.

## 1. Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Where any part of this site does not yet fully conform, we treat it as a known limitation (see section 4) and prioritize it in our remediation work.


## 2. Measures we take

- Include accessibility as a requirement in the design and review of new pages and features.
- Use semantic HTML landmarks, headings, and labels so assistive technologies can navigate the site.
- Maintain color and text tokens with sufficient contrast for body text and interactive controls.
- Ensure interactive elements such as forms, menus, dialogs, and the cookie banner are operable by keyboard.
- Respect operating-system accessibility settings, including reduced-motion preferences that disable nonessential animation.
- Test with keyboard-only navigation and automated accessibility checks during development.

## 3. Compatibility with assistive technology

This website is designed to be compatible with current versions of major screen readers, browser magnification and zoom tools, voice-control software, and keyboard-only navigation on desktop and mobile browsers.


## 4. Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

- Some third-party embeds or services (such as the embedded payment flow) are outside our direct control and may have their own accessibility characteristics.
- Automated checks cannot catch every issue; we rely partly on user feedback to identify and fix remaining barriers.
- If you find content that is not accessible, it may be because our remediation is still in progress. We will fix it as promptly as we reasonably can.

## 5. Feedback and assistance

If you need assistance or want to report an accessibility issue, email info@atomikdigital.com and include the page address and a description of the barrier. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Upon request, we can provide information about our services in an alternate format, such as large print, plain text, or by phone conversation.


## 6. Enforcement procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint, you may escalate the issue through your national or state consumer-protection or disability-rights authority. In the United States, complaints related to online accessibility may be raised with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division.


## 7. Formal approval

This Accessibility Statement is reviewed when the website changes in ways that materially affect accessibility, and at least annually. It was last reviewed by Atomik Digital on October 12, 2026.
